HIV virus means Human Immune Virus responsible to causes AIDS. AIDS is a disease condition
HIV is a certain types of virus that spread throughout the body by body fluid and attack the body immune system. It attacks CD4 cell of the immune system which is called T cell. CD4 cell is a specialised cell that usually fight against micro-organism that causes infectious disease.
AIDS is the last stage of HIV infection. This condition of HIV infection is called AIDS, when the opportunistic infection aggressively take an advantage of week immune system, such as development of cancer.
Basically, there have no cure of HIV infection. But, with proper medication it can control. ART is such types of therapy of controlling HIV infection. ART means antiretroviral therapy.
A type of Chimpanzee in Central Africa is the source of HIV. At first when human get contacted with a hunted chimpanzee's blood they infected by SIV, Simian immunodeficiency virus. SIV then mutated in human body and turned into HIV.
